The role is a split role between GTA \& GTA SEN (Keyworker). As a GTA in KS2, you will work alongside our class teachers to build a safe, stimulating environment where every child feels confident to learn, and progress. As a keyworker you will be supporting a child to meet their own personalised targets.
Hours would include Midday duties (MSA) which provide continuity for the children cared for by familiar adults.

- An individual with excellent communication skills who can promote high\-quality interactions with children.
- A flexible team player who is willing to support all children, whether that be with an individual or guide small groups.
- Desirable\- A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare/teaching assistant qualification.
- A warm, supportive, and collaborative staff team with extensive experience.
