Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in developing and executing effective digital strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with a passion for digital marketing trends and tools. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in management, SEO, social media management, and data analysis within a dynamic environment. The role involves collaborating across teams to optimise online presence and drive engagement through various digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and B2B channels.

  • Support the optimisation of website content

  • Create engaging copy for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

  • Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to generate insights and optimise strategies.

  • Utilise Adobe Photoshop to produce visual content for online campaigns.

  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.

  • Assist in the organisation of B2B marketing initiatives and lead generation activities.

  • Support email marketing campaigns through content creation and list segmentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience or strong interest in digital marketing

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset with good analysis skills to interpret data from various digital platforms.

  • Knowledge of social media management tools and email marketing platforms

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • IT literacy with a keen interest in staying updated on current digital marketing trends.

  • Effective time management skills coupled with organisational abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Pay: £12,164\.49\-£18,000\.00 per year
