Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, commercially aware, and driven Digital Marketing \& Sales Assistant to join the Japanese Head Spa Co. team.

This role plays a key part in delivering our marketing strategy across digital, web, print, and experiential channels while also supporting company sales growth and customer acquisition targets across our international markets.

You will support content creation, website management, branding, customer engagement, performance analytics, lead generation, and event planning, helping to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence globally.

The successful candidate will also assist in generating inbound sales opportunities through social media, digital campaigns, website enquiries, exhibitions, and customer engagement strategies. This role includes working towards agreed sales targets and supporting the wider sales team in converting leads into customers.

A strong eye for design, proven website management experience, commercial awareness, and an appreciation for Japanese\-inspired aesthetics are essential. Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing \& Content Creation

  • Manage, schedule, and share engaging content across all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, and Snapchat

  • Produce high\-quality written, photo, and video content reflecting our global brand identity and minimalist Japanese\-inspired aesthetics

  • Monitor social media engagement, trends, and competitor activity across international markets to identify marketing and sales opportunities

  • Share content within relevant groups and online communities to increase brand visibility and generate inbound enquiries

  • Assist the marketing team with writing and designing newsletters, blogs, brochures, promotional materials, instruction manuals, and customer\-facing guides

  • Assist the marketing team with launch plans and content timelines for new products, equipment, tools, and training courses

  • Continuously promote hero products and key treatment offerings across all international platforms
Website \& Online Presence
  • Assist the marketing team with maintaining and updating website content across all country websites including blogs, product listings, landing pages, and service information

  • Collaborate with web developers and international teams to improve website performance and customer experience

  • Assist the marketing team with Google Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Linked In and other online platforms remain accurate and aligned with brand standards

  • Assist the marketing team with SEO improvements, analytics reporting, and digital performance tracking across all websites
Sales \& Business Development
  • Assist in generating sales leads through digital marketing campaigns, website enquiries, social engagement, exhibitions, and promotions

  • Respond to customer enquiries and support lead conversion opportunities

  • Work alongside management to achieve agreed monthly sales targets and business growth objectives

  • Identify opportunities to increase online sales, course bookings, equipment sales, and wholesale enquiries

  • Support promotional campaigns designed to increase revenue across products, training, and international markets

  • Build positive relationships with salons, spas, distributors, and wellness businesses internationally
Campaigns \& Promotions
  • Support planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, spa promotions, and international collaborations

  • Develop branded marketing collateral including digital assets, signage, brochures, and exhibition materials

  • Assist in influencer outreach, partnerships, and community collaborations within key markets
Branding \& Visual Identity
  • Uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all countries’ social media platforms, websites, and marketing materials

  • Support coordination of photoshoots, video shoots, behind\-the\-scenes content, and customer testimonial campaigns
Events \& Client Engagement
  • Assist in organising exhibitions, product launches, wellness events, and promotional experiences

  • Support RSVP management, giveaways, and post\-event communications

  • Help maximise lead generation and sales opportunities from events and exhibitions
Administrative \& Team Support
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign tracking documents, and content schedules

  • Coordinate with spa and training teams to gather testimonials, treatment content, and marketing assets

  • Manage promotional inventory and ensure all materials remain updated and aligned with branding
Required Qualifications
  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or website management, preferably within beauty, wellness, hospitality, or ecommerce

  • Proven experience updating websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or Squarespace (WordPress and Elementor preferred)

  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably Monday.com

  • Strong communication, sales, and relationship\-building skills

  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth and sales opportunities

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with understanding of international audiences

  • Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, and social media platforms

  • Photography, videography, or graphic design skills are highly desirable

  • Highly organised, adaptable, self\-motivated, and proactive

  • Ability to work flexible hours when required for events, exhibitions, or content shoots

  • Genuine interest in beauty, wellness, luxury branding, and global marketing trends
