Digital Designer

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Designer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a creative individual who excels in a fast\-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple projects at once, and is passionate about delivering high\-quality work for our valued clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, outstanding creative abilities, and a solid understanding of both digital and print design principles. You will play a key role in developing engaging visual content across a range of platforms, ensuring all creative output reflects our brand identity and supports wider marketing objectives.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, brings fresh and innovative ideas to the table, and enjoys collaborating within a dynamic agency setting to create impactful design solutions.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and English skills. You must have a strong eye for design, the ability to think creatively, and the confidence to present and share your ideas effectively. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, work efficiently to tight deadlines, and maintain strong communication throughout each stage of the creative process.

To ensure that you are able to contribute and work effectively within our team, we are asking for the following:

· A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline is desirable.

· Proficient in industry\-standard design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

· 2–4 years’ experience working successfully within a collaborative agency environment.

· Experience using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other video editing software is advantageous.

· Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).

· Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint as well as CRM systems.

· Confident communicating directly with clients and effectively managing expectations.

· Strong understanding of customer journeys, behaviours, and end\-to\-end user needs.

· Able to work independently while also contributing positively within a team setting.

· Eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a fast\-paced industry.

· Creative thinker who can contribute fresh ideas and add value to projects, campaigns and internal processes.

· Strong team player who brings enthusiasm, positivity, and energy to both internal teams and external client relationships.

· Up to date with marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments.

· Excellent organisational and time management skills.

· Comfortable working within a hybrid model, combining office and remote working, with confidence using Microsoft Teams.

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
