Duties

• Conduct outbound sales calls, run and manage our Ebay sales accounts and digital outreach to prospective clients using telemarketing techniques to generate new business opportunities.


• Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed product information and tailored solutions.


• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer records, and monitor sales pipelines efficiently.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication in English, ensuring high customer satisfaction.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and follow up on leads generated through online channels.


• Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status to inform strategic decisions.


• Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to enhance sales effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B, digital sales or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.


• Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce; familiarity with other CRM tools is a plus.


• Ability to articulate clearly and persuasively over the phone and via digital platforms.


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.


• Self\-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching sales goals and solving customer needs.


• Prior experience with Ebay, digital, tele\-sales techniques, digital outreach strategies, or related roles is preferred.
