As our Depot Supervisor, you’ll take the lead at the depot, overseeing daily operations and supporting a dedicated team of multi\-drop pharmaceutical delivery drivers. This is a hands\-on, fast\-paced role where no two days are the same and your impact is felt across patient care every day.

Role Details:

• 45 hours per week (5–6 days), Monday to Friday


• Shift times are 06:00 am \- 15:00 pm with reasonable overtime expected


• 30 minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting a team of delivery drivers


• Overseeing daily dispatch, route planning, and depot operations


• Ensuring compliance with GDP, MHRA standards, and company SOPs


• Managing rotas, holidays, absence, and staff development


• Collaborating with senior management to meet KPIs and service targets


• Conducting vehicle checks and maintaining depot safety and cleanliness


• Leading on recruitment, inductions, and new\-starter training


• Providing driving cover when required

Skills \& Qualifications:

• 2\+ years’ experience in a supervisory or transport management role


• Experience managing drivers and fleet logistics


• Strong understanding of Health \& Safety (GDP/MHRA knowledge advantageous)


• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision‑making skills


• Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment


• Strong geographical knowledge


• Excellent communication and people skills


• Full UK manual Driving Licence with no more than 6 points


• Subject to DBS and reference checks


• Must have the right to work in the UK
