Dental Therapist (Locum) – Potential for Permanent Position

Hours: Tuesdays, 8:20am – 7:20pm
Rate: From £40 per hour, dependent on experience and appointment times
We are seeking a motivated and patient\-focused Dental Therapist to join our friendly and supportive team at The Composite Bonding Company on a locum basis, with the opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a modern, progressive cosmetic\-focused practice with a highly engaged patient base and excellent clinical support. The role would be ideal for a therapist looking for career progression, clinical development, and the opportunity to expand their skills within cosmetic dentistry.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Composite bonding maintenance
- Managing a well\-maintained patient base with excellent oral hygiene standards
- Periodontal assessment and treatment planning (1\-hour appointments)
- Air polishing treatments using ProphyMate and PerioMate
- Composite bonding consultations, debonds \& reviews (training provided)
- Examinations within therapist scope of practice
- Restorative treatments within scope of practice
We are looking for a therapist who is:
- GDC registered with appropriate indemnity cover
- Friendly, professional and confident in communicating with patients
- Passionate about delivering high\-quality preventive and restorative care
- Able to work independently while being part of a supportive team
- Ambitious and keen to continue developing clinically
- Interest in or experience with composite bonding
- Keen interest in learning and developing cosmetic dentistry skills
- Experience discussing aesthetic treatment options with patients
- Looking for long\-term career progression within a supportive and forward\-thinking practice
