Duties

  • Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from arrival to departure

  • Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments, maintaining sterilization standards, and supporting patient comfort

  • Deliver high\-quality patient care by providing clear instructions, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy

  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using IT systems, optimizing the clinic’s daily workflow

  • Handle reception duties such as checking in patients, updating records, and processing payments accurately

  • Maintain organized patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times

  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily activities and ensure seamless service delivery

  • Main responsibilities include dental nursing. However, reception work may also be required depending on the circumstances
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in patient care, preferably within dental or healthcare settings

  • Strong command of English for clear communication with patients and team members

  • Background in nursing or related healthcare training is highly desirable

  • Proficiency in IT systems for scheduling, record keeping, and administrative tasks

  • Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse patients and staff

  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

  • Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

  • Trainee Dental Nurses are also considered for this position
