Your impact
As Implementation Manager, you'll own the successful delivery of customer implementations from kickoff to go\-live. You'll act as the bridge between customers, Product, and Engineering, ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned with customer needs, and scalable within our product vision.
This is a highly visible role with significant ownership and direct influence on customer success.
What you'll do
- Lead end\-to\-end SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to go\-live
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout delivery
- Translate customer requirements into scalable product configurations
- Guide customers towards best\-practice adoption of the platform
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, and customer teams
- Support implementation planning, testing, validation, and go\-live activities
Essentials
- 3\+ years of experience delivering SaaS implementations, software projects, or similar customer\-facing technology initiatives
- KYC / AML expertise
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with enterprise customers or complex business environments
- Ability to challenge requirements and guide customers towards scalable solutions
- Professional proficiency in English and native\-level Dutch or French
- Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations
- Familiarity with Agile environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience in banking, insurance, compliance, or other regulated industries
- Exposure to testing, validation, or delivery management activities
- Customer\-focused and solution\-oriented
- Analytical and pragmatic
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
- Energised by a fast\-moving scale\-up environment
- A highly competitive salary based on your experience and expertise: salary band B3, gross monthly between 3600 and 6100
