- Perform detailed decontamination procedures on hospital mattresses and surfaces using approved cleaning agents and sterilization techniques.
- Follow strict safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to prevent cross\-contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Operate IT systems to document decontamination processes accurately.
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify potential contamination risks or equipment issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding process updates, safety concerns, or equipment needs.
- Maintain detailed records of decontamination activities, including logs of sterilization cycles and cleaning schedules.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and sterilization materials to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Familiarity with a decontamination environment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively follow instructions and document procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced setting.

Pay: From £12\.71 per hour
