Solutions Services Ltd is looking for a confident, organised and reliable Contract Services Supervisor to help oversee the day\-to\-day delivery of our commercial cleaning contracts.

This is a part\-time supervisory role focused mainly on clients, sites, cleaning standards and supporting our cleaning teams, with occasional cleaning tasks to be carried out.

Main duties

• Regularly visit client sites and monitor cleaning standards


• Supervise and support Cleaning Operatives and Site Team Leaders


• Carry out quality checks and site inspections


• Carry out occasional cleaning tasks and support with training


• Deal with client service issues and routine client communication


• Help resolve operational problems and ensure actions are followed through


• Support new contract starts, one\-off cleans and changes to existing services


• Identify training or performance issues and work closely with our HR Manager


• Work alongside our administration and stores teams to help ensure contracts run smoothly

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

• Well organised and able to manage their own workload


• Confident supervising and supporting staff


• Comfortable dealing directly with clients


• Calm and practical when problems arise


• Able to make decisions and take responsibility


• Reliable and good at following issues through to completion


• Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider management team


• Confident using basic IT systems

Previous experience within commercial cleaning, facilities management, contract management or multi\-site service delivery would be an advantage.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
