Accountabilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for enterprise data platforms, architectures, and reporting ecosystems.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient data models and solutions.

  • Design, develop, and optimize data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics frameworks.

  • Ensure data governance, quality, accuracy, consistency, and compliance standards are upheld.

  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to improve data accessibility and usability.

  • Support data integration, migration, transformation, and cleansing initiatives across systems.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and best practice guidelines.

  • Troubleshoot complex data issues and identify performance bottlenecks in data pipelines.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve data architecture and operations.

  • Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building.

Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics roles.

  • Strong expertise in SQL, data analysis, and reporting within large-scale environments.

  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and modern data pipeline design.

  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data architectures.

  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks.

  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality management practices.

  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data processing is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities in remote, global environments.

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a distributed team setup.
