Role Overview
The Data Cleansing Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, cleansing, validating and standardising large volumes of operational and master data within NetSuite and associated business systems. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will identify and resolve data quality issues, improve data structures and support import/export and mapping activities.

We are a well\-established fuel and lubricants company that is growing from strength to strength, built on over 100 years of expertise in the fuel and lubricants industry. As part of a business\-wide data improvement initiative, we are seeking a Data Cleansing Analyst on a 3\-month fixed\-term contract to support a critical NetSuite data cleansing project.
This role will play a key part in improving data quality, consistency and integrity across our business environment, helping to ensure our systems and reporting are accurate and fit for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyse data held within NetSuite and associated systems.
- Cleanse, standardise and validate large datasets.
- Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete and inaccurate records.
- Review and standardise data hierarchies, including parent\-child account structures.
- Support data import, export and mapping activities.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness and consistency across multiple sources.
- Work with business stakeholders to investigate and resolve data quality issues.
- Document changes and maintain records of cleansing activities.
- Provide recommendations for ongoing data quality improvements and governance.
- Experience working with data, operational data or master data management.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including data manipulation, lookups, pivot tables and validation techniques.
- Experience working with large datasets and data cleansing activities.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage high\-volume workloads.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with NetSuite desirable but not essential.
- SQL or other data manipulation experience would be advantageous.
- Highly organised and methodical approach to work.
- Detail\-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Able to prioritise workload and meet project deadlines.
- Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely.
- Professional and collaborative approach when engaging with stakeholders.
This role is offered as a 3\-month fixed\-term contract. Standard company benefits include:
