About the Opportunity
We are building a talent pipeline for upcoming opportunities supporting data center operations, infrastructure delivery, and AI infrastructure projects in Ireland.
We welcome professionals from both Data Center Operations and Data Center Delivery backgrounds.
Candidates do not need to have experience in all areas listed below. Depending on your experience and project requirements, you may be considered for opportunities primarily focused on either Operations or Delivery.

Data Center Operations Opportunities in this area may involve:
\* Daily operation and maintenance of data center systems and infrastructure
\* System monitoring and alert handling
\* Incident response, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
\* Server and GPU server hardware support
\* Network and infrastructure maintenance
\* Linux system support
\* Multi\-site operational coordination
\* Critical facility operations and infrastructure monitoring
\* Operational documentation, reporting, and process improvement
Data Center Delivery Opportunities in this area may involve:
\* Deployment and delivery of data center IT infrastructure
\* Server and network equipment installation
\* Rack\-and\-stack, equipment removal, replacement, and migration
\* GPU server and AI infrastructure deployment
\* Data center relocation and IT infrastructure migration
\* Structured cabling, fiber and copper connections, patching, labeling, and cable management
\* Hardware inspection and troubleshooting during deployment
\* Site surveys and deployment preparation
\* Coordination with customers, vendors, contractors, and data center site teams
\* Project progress, equipment status, and delivery milestone tracking
\* Testing, acceptance, handover, and project closure
\* Project documentation and asset information management
What We Are Looking For
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
\* IT operations, system operations, or cloud operations
\* Data center operations or critical facility operations
\* Server hardware or GPU server support
\* Network support and Linux administration
\* Hardware, system, or infrastructure troubleshooting
\* DCS, BMS, EMS, or similar monitoring and control systems
\* Data center deployment or technical project delivery
\* Server installation, rack\-and\-stack, or equipment migration
\* Data center relocation or IT infrastructure migration
\* Structured cabling, fiber optic or copper cabling
\* Hardware deployment and on\-site technical support
\* Data center project coordination or technical project support
\* Vendor, contractor, or cross\-functional team coordination
You are not expected to have experience in all of the above areas.
Relevant experience in either Operations or Delivery is welcome.
General Requirements
\* Relevant professional or project experience in data centers, IT infrastructure, telecommunications, critical facilities, or other technical environments is preferred
\* Strong troubleshooting, problem\-solving, and hands\-on execution skills
\* Ability to work effectively in an on\-site, mission\-critical environment
\* Strong ownership and operational discipline
\* Educational background is flexible; relevant practical experience is highly valued
\* Fluent Mandarin Chinese, as Chinese will be used for daily work communication
\* Working proficiency in English
\* Other language skills are an advantage
\* Valid authorization to work in Ireland
\* Willingness to work on\-site and support multiple data center locations when required
\* A valid driving licence is an advantage
Work Environment
The opportunities within this talent pipeline require on\-site work at data center locations in Ireland.
Depending on the position and project requirements, work may involve daily operational support, equipment deployment, infrastructure migration, project delivery, or coordination across multiple data center sites.
