Customer Service Associate / Cashier
The Society seeks to appoint 2 part time Cashier/Customer Service Associates for its successful Cowbridge branch.
The new team member will be required to work three days (9am\-5pm) one week and two days (9am\-5pm) the following week, as well as every other Saturday from 9am to 12pm. You will also be expected to provide cover for staff sickness, holidays and training as and when required.
The role requires good numerical and interpersonal skills, especially diplomacy and tact. An ability to speak Welsh is welcome but not essential.
Previous experience working within the banking or building society sectors will be an advantage. This role offers a competitive salary plus benefits including an annual bonus.
