Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a motivated and high\-performing environment
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to ensure consistent quality and compliance with health regulations
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including shift scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Monitor food production and kitchen management activities to optimize efficiency while maintaining high culinary standards
- Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, safety procedures, and service excellence to promote continuous improvement
- Control costs through budgeting, inventory management, and waste reduction strategies while maximizing profitability
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management roles within quick service \& fast food or casual dining environments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management practices
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with skills in staff training \& development, interviewing, and team management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations applicable to the hospitality industry
- Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining operational flow during busy hours
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, catering operations (including banquet experience), and bar or coffee service is a plus

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£36,950\.12 per year
