Overview
This role is calling existing customers and booking them back in for our yearly service or dealing with inbound Google enquires.

Average take home is around £35,000 with some exceeding £50,000\.

No sales experince necessary, full onsite training.

We are the largest national gutter, roof and window cleaning company with over 1/2 million customers so you are on the phone most of the day.

The role is office based at our Scotland office in Edinburgh.

The hours are 40hrs a week, Monday to Friday, with 1 Saturday a month.

Responsibilities

• Calling out to existing customers


• Dealing with inbound enquires


• Sales are uncapped, the more sales and hours you do the higher your pay


• You have to be highly motivated


• Assist customers with inquiries and resolving any issues promptly

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


• Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs


• Positive attitude, motivated, and goal\-oriented mindset


• Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self\-motivated


• Adaptability to learn new products, services, and sales strategies quickly
