We are looking for Customer Account Executive to join our team in Worcestershire! You will build, manage and maintain relationships with customers as directed managing the day\-to\-day operations of the customers in your portfolio ensuring agreed service levels and financial targets are met.

What you will be doing as a Customer Account Executive

  • Be the first point of contact for all matters related to B2B customers and encouraging repeat business.

  • Be responsible to communicate providing updates for customers through either phone or email facet.

  • Manage the customer service cycle from start to finish ensuring that key information required to prepare quotes and process consignments customs.

  • Input job details in to our transport management system whilst ensuring accuracy for planners.

  • Process and handle PODs to meet customer requirements where necessary.

  • Provide a variety of quotes to your customer to best service their requirements in an ever\-changing scenario

  • Be proactive in approaching and engaging with existing customers to generate income

  • Respond in a timely manner to problem or concerns from customers within the required turnaround time.
Our Ideal Customer Service Operator
  • Previous Customer Service experience coupled with knowledge of the Transport Industry would be advantageous but not necessary as training will be provided

  • Customer focused with dedication in your service delivery to meet Customer needs.

  • Possess the ability to maintain positivity when working under pressure reprioritising workload where necessary.

  • Be reliable with the ability to multitask and have strong problem\-solving skills.

  • Have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy.

  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly as required i.e. Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal/written with a polite, courteous, and professional telephone manner.
Pay: £27,000\.00\-£32,500\.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Inkberrow WR7 4HT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
  • B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
