CRM Executive - 12 Month FTC

About the Role
Reporting to the CRM Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering targeted CRM campaigns that drive engagement, commercial performance and long\-term customer loyalty. From campaign build to deployment, you’ll bring data\-led, consumer\-first communications to life across multiple channels.
This role offers a 12\-month fixed\-term contract (covering maternity leave) and hybrid working (two office days per week) from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.
What You’ll Do
- Support the planning, build and delivery of targeted, multi\-channel CRM campaigns
- Translate business objectives into compelling consumer communications
- Manage stakeholder requests and contribute to a balanced contact strategy
- Use insights and analytics to shape campaigns and optimise performance
- Collaborate with Marketing, Trading and Analytics teams to test and learn
- Handle CRM admin tasks including voucher setup/testing, competitions and purchase orders
- Proof, test and refine campaigns to ensure best\-in\-class execution
- Experience in CRM or consumer marketing within a B2C environment
- Strong organisational skills with a hands\-on, detail\-oriented approach
- Confident stakeholder manager with great collaboration skills
- Passion for understanding customer needs and behaviours
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data\-led decisions
