- Assist solicitors & Fee earners with all their conveyancing matters
- Advise a local, national and international client base on all residential conveyancing matters
- Deal with new client instructions & footfall into the office
- Become a very valued member of the firm and team
- Provide estimates, source of funds and onboarding
- Complete searches
- Post exchange & post completion matters
- Prepare completion statements
- Produce & issue contract packs
- Obtain mortgage funds
- Handle registrations and SDLT returns
- Have client contact at all stages of transactions
- To have at least 1 year residential conveyancing experience
- To have at least 1 year experience working in a law firm
- To already be a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
