Local family run building firm is looking for a full time Contracts/Project Manager to join their busy and growing team. Our projects are primarily domestic and tend to be within the local area but can be further afield. This is a hybrid role that will require site visits as well as working from home. You will be responsible for managing our current projects, including, but not limited to, ensuring project milestones are met and are on budget whilst maintaining our high standards. You will also be responsible for scheduling employees, ordering materials, liasing with customers during site visits and reporting back to Directors.

Qualifications \& Experience

Experience of working in the construction industry is essential. Knowledge of reading and understanding plans and experience of programming/scheduling works with a variety of trades.

Ideally the right candidate would also have at least three years experience in Project Management. A project management qualification is desirable.

Full UK driver’s Licence.
