We are looking for a Contracts Officer to join our Commissioning and Contracts Team. In this role, you will manage contracts with various external providers of Alternative Education and Short Breaks. As a Contracts Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing contracts effectively to ensure compliance and quality.
- Conducting regular contract reviews and quality audits.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to drive service improvements.
- Designing services and creating service specifications.
- Undertaking commissioning activities to meet community needs.
- Experience in developing and managing contracts.
- A solid understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
- Knowledge of customer care principles, budget management, commissioning, and procurement.
- A full, current driving licence.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- A commitment to excellent customer care and service improvement.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
