We're looking for a creative, organised and commercially\-minded Content Manager to join our growing team at Influenced, part of The Oracle Group.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the power of creator\-led content and has experience sourcing, managing and nurturing relationships with both UGC creators and influencers. You'll act as the key link between clients and creators, ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly, on time and to a high standard.
Working across a diverse portfolio of clients, including brands within the property, placemaking and lifestyle sectors, you'll help create authentic, engaging content that connects with target audiences and supports wider marketing objectives. An understanding of the property sector, new homes, lifestyle marketing or place\-based campaigns would be advantageous, although not essential.
Alongside creator management, you'll support social media strategy and content planning, helping clients maximise the impact of creator content across their channels. You'll be confident communicating with clients, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and spotting opportunities to elevate campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, vet and manage a network of UGC creators and influencers across a variety of sectors
- Match creators to client campaigns based on audience, style, objectives and budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers and talent agencies
- Manage end\-to\-end creator campaigns, from outreach and negotiations through to content delivery and reporting
- Develop detailed creator briefs and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and in line with client expectations
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout campaign delivery, providing updates, recommendations and performance insights
- Review creator content, manage feedback and approvals, and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines
- Support the development and execution of social media content plans across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media trends, creator trends and platform updates to identify new opportunities for clients
- Analyse campaign and social media performance metrics, producing actionable insights and recommendations
- Support new business pitches and proposals by identifying creator opportunities and content strategies
- Collaborate closely with the wider PR, social media and content teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, UGC campaign management, social media management or account management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and brand reputation management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience liaising directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships
- A creative mindset with the ability to identify engaging content opportunities and campaign ideas
- Proficiency in CapCut and familiarity with social content creation and editing
- Confidence reviewing and assessing creator content against briefs and brand guidelines
- Ability to analyse campaign and social media performance data to inform future strategies
- Highly organised, proactive and solutions\-focused approach
- Experience using influencer or creator management platforms and experience working in the property sector would be advantageous but not essential
