Conservatory Designer / Sales Consultant

Location: Unit 3, Stephen Gray Road, Mold CH7 1HE
Contract: Full\-Time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000–£69,963\.06 per year (including commission/OTE)

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in conservatory, glazing, home improvement or architectural design sales


• Proficiency in CAD software and producing detailed design proposals


• Strong sales skills with the ability to identify upselling opportunities


• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills


• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Strong attention to detail and good mathematical skills for measurements and calculations


• Passion for design and delivering exceptional customer service

We are seeking a dynamic and customer\-focused Conservatory Designer / Sales Consultant to join our team.

This exciting role combines creative design with consultative sales, giving you the opportunity to work closely with customers to design bespoke conservatories tailored to their individual needs and lifestyles. You will guide clients throughout the entire sales journey, from initial consultation and design concepts through to quotation and project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences and budgets


• Produce bespoke conservatory designs using CAD software


• Present design proposals, including layouts, materials and colour options


• Prepare and manage quotations and sales proposals


• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and features while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction


• Manage project timelines and ensure customers are kept informed throughout the process


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, designs and sales activity


• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure designs are delivered accurately and meet customer expectations


• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long\-term client relationships

• Previous experience in conservatory, glazing, home improvement or architectural design sales preferred


• Proficiency in CAD software


• Strong design, presentation and consultative sales skills


• Excellent organisational and project management abilities


• Good numerical skills and attention to detail


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Self\-motivated, professional and customer\-focused approach
