Join JLR's Solihull Maintenance Operations team where you’ll play a key role in keeping our plant running safely, efficiently and fully compliant. This is a role focused on production equipment safety where you’ll drive process alignment, support engineering improvements, and ensure all maintenance activities meet the latest safety and legislative standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work collaboratively within the maintenance team to maintain a safe, efficient, and high\-performing production environment.
- Provide technical process guidance to support production, maintenance, and compliance standards meetings.
- Promote and apply safety initiatives to ensure compliance with JLR safety standards and procedures.
- Identify and drive process improvements through audits, innovation, and proactive compliance measures.
- Support and lead health and safety audits, including hazard identification, risk assessment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Manage and implement process modifications, ensuring all related safety documentation is updated and maintained.
- Support training and carry out additional compliance or safety\-related tasks as directed by management.
- NEBOSH (or equivalent) safety qualification, with knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Experience working collaboratively within maintenance and production environments, driving safety, efficiency, and high operational performance.
- Proven ability to provide technical process guidance, manage process changes, and maintain accurate safety and compliance documentation.
- Demonstrated success in promoting and implementing safety initiatives in line with company policies and procedures.
