Hot Tub & Spa Service Engineer – Repairs / Maintenance/Installs – Start ASAP

Overview

We’re a family\-run hot tub and wet leisure specialist known for exceptional aftercare and doing the job right. We’re recruiting a hands\-on Service Engineer to support our busy service and repair workload. Start ASAP

What you’ll be doing

• Scheduled Servicing and Maintenance visits


• Clean \& Refresh and deep\-clean style appointments


• Diagnostics and repairs (heating faults, pumps, leaks, electrics tripping, control issues)


• Completing job notes/photos and reporting clearly back to the office


• Keeping van stock/tools organised


• Keeping showroom and shop clean, tidy, stocked and organised


• Delivering a professional, friendly customer experience on every visit

• Strong fault\-finding skills (electrical \+ mechanical \+ plumbing)


• Relevant hands\-on experience (hot tubs/spas/pools/saunas OR plumbing/electrical/plant maintenance/HVAC)


• Full UK driving licence


• Reliable, professional and customer\-focused

• Hot tub/spa\-specific experience, with CHTT would be a bonus


• Electrical/plumbing qualifications
