- Manage, lead, and train dedicated and proud frontline teams, monitoring timeliness and quantities in food preparation, promoting quality goods and exceptional service excellence
- Deliver informative and engaging briefs to all team members within your service area before each event
- Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned area
- Provide prompt and appropriate handling of guest feedback
- Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

- No degree required
- Experience managing and leading large hospitality teams within hospitality or events
- Knowledge of the Food \& Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environment
- Skills in guest service, communication, attention to detail, analysis, quick thinking, and leadership
