About the Role
As a Female Care Worker in CM11 area, you will support a 16 year old female with complex care needs during specified shifts
This role involves:
- Supporting teenage female with her day\-to\-day activities and promoting independence.
- Providing personal care, emotional support, and companionship.
- Helping with community involvement and social activities.
- Delivering high\-quality care tailored to individual needs.
- Day Shift (Monday to Friday): 07:00\-19:00
- Adhoc shifts : potential weekend shifts
- Female Only: Due to the nature of personal care involved.
- Availability: Must be available for the specified shifts.
- Experience: Complex experience with Cerebral Palsy and Seizure management is essential
- Compassionate and Dedicated: A genuine commitment to providing exceptional care.
