This role combines content publishing, community engagement, localization, and stakeholder coordination to ensure social experiences are relevant, compliant, and impactful.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>

<div>Manage the publication and optimization of social media content, ensuring compliance with brand, accessibility, security, and platform standards.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Foster community engagement by monitoring conversations, responding to audience interactions, and identifying opportunities to strengthen Microsoft's social presence.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Coordinate with marketing, communications, and social media stakeholders to support campaigns, programs, and ad hoc social initiatives.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Review, adapt, and localize social content to ensure cultural relevance, language accuracy, and resonance with local audiences.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Support the planning and execution of social media activities around campaigns, cultural moments, and events, including real-time engagement and post-event reporting.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Leverage social listening insights, performance learnings, and emerging trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and audience growth.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Contribute to the management and optimization of social media ecosystems, helping ensure channels remain relevant, effective, and aligned with business objectives.</div>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>

<div><strong>Experience:</strong> 2+ years of experience in Social Media, Community Management, Digital Marketing, or related fields, including exposure to content and/or community engagement activities.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div><strong>Knowledge:</strong> Strong understanding of social media platforms, content publishing workflows, and online community management.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div><strong>Tools:</strong> Experience with social media management platforms; knowledge of Sprinklr is a plus.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div><strong>Project Management:</strong> Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively within established processes and governance frameworks.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating with diverse stakeholders across international teams.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div><strong>Mindset:</strong> Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital culture, social trends, and audience engagement.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div><strong>Languages:</strong> Fluent English and Spanish are required.</div>
