What You’ll Be Doing

As our Community Support Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our service — leading with compassion, inspiring your team, and ensuring every person we support receives exceptional, person‑centred care.

You will:

  • Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team delivering personalised, compassionate care

  • Oversee care plans, rotas, and day‑to‑day service delivery — even during the busy moments

  • Bring energy and purpose to recruitment, induction, and ongoing training

  • Empower individuals to live independently and make their own choices

  • Build trusted relationships with supported people, families, and professionals

  • Keep records accurate, compliant, and up to date

  • Bring creativity, initiative, and proactive thinking to every challenge

  • Step in with hands‑on support when needed — because you genuinely care
What You Bring
  • SVQ Level 4 (or willingness to work towards it)

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car

  • Experience leading or supervising in care or support settings

  • Confident IT and care‑planning skills

  • Strong communication, organisation, and leadership abilities

  • A commitment to dignity, respect, and independence
