As our Community Support Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our service — leading with compassion, inspiring your team, and ensuring every person we support receives exceptional, person‑centred care.
You will:
- Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team delivering personalised, compassionate care
- Oversee care plans, rotas, and day‑to‑day service delivery — even during the busy moments
- Bring energy and purpose to recruitment, induction, and ongoing training
- Empower individuals to live independently and make their own choices
- Build trusted relationships with supported people, families, and professionals
- Keep records accurate, compliant, and up to date
- Bring creativity, initiative, and proactive thinking to every challenge
- Step in with hands‑on support when needed — because you genuinely care
- SVQ Level 4 (or willingness to work towards it)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Experience leading or supervising in care or support settings
- Confident IT and care‑planning skills
- Strong communication, organisation, and leadership abilities
- A commitment to dignity, respect, and independence
- You’re flexible, proactive, and full of initiative
