Looking for an evening care role where you actually know when you’re working?

At Bloom \& Care, we offer set evening shifts and guaranteed contracted hours, so you can plan your life around work rather than waiting for a rota to change every week.

We’re a small, local, family\-run and nurse\-led home care company, and we’re looking for kind, reliable people to join our evening team supporting clients in their own homes across Bedford.

You’ll usually work 3 set evenings each week from 4pm–10pm, alongside one full weekend per month or alternate Saturday and Sunday evenings.

What’s it like working with us?

We try to keep our care teams consistent, so you’ll get to know the people you support rather than constantly visiting unfamiliar clients.

Your evenings will be varied. You might be helping someone with their personal care and medication, preparing their evening meal, supporting them with mobility, or simply spending time with someone who values a friendly face and a chat.

For us, good care isn’t about rushing in and out. It’s about helping people feel safe, comfortable and respected in their own homes.
