Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive

Coatbridge Commercials Ltd is a growing commercial vehicle dealership specialising in vans and light commercial vehicles. We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our team and help continue delivering excellent customer service and vehicle sales. We don't only offer a good basic salary but have added bonuses for every vehicle sold.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to assist customers with purchasing commercial vehicles, managing enquiries, and building strong customer relationships.
Mechanical knowledge or experience within the motor trade is preferred but not essential, as full support can be provided.
Responsibilities
- Responding to sales enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Assisting customers in choosing suitable vehicles
- Arranging vehicle viewings and test drives
- Managing leads and following up potential customers
- Working with finance proposals and paperwork
- Maintaining vehicle listings and sales forecourt presentation
- Building long\-term customer relationships
- Supporting the wider team when required
- Previous sales experience is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Motivated and target\-driven attitude
- Full UK driving licence required
- Mechanical or vehicle knowledge preferred but not essential
- Experience within the motor trade is an advantage
