As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our commercial team with a dynamic, driven Commercial Growth Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of our expansion.

The Opportunity

This is a hands‑on, commercially focused leadership role. You will support and report directly to the Commercial Manager, acting as a key driver of new business performance across our Business Development Executives, Telesales Lead Generators, and Digital Acquisition functions (SEO, PPC, website optimisation).

You will be both a leader and a doer \- holding the team to account, coaching them to success, and personally managing key accounts and growth opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by delivering measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial growth team, including BD Executives, Telesales, and Digital Marketing support

  • Drive new business acquisition through proactive outreach, pipeline management, and strategic targeting

  • Support and deputise for the Commercial Manager when required

  • Hold team members accountable to KPIs, activity levels, and performance standards

  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long‑term client satisfaction and revenue expansion

  • Collaborate with digital marketing to optimise inbound lead flow and online acquisition

  • Analyse commercial performance and recommend improvements across sales, telesales, and digital channels

  • Represent Bransby Wilson at client meetings, site visits, and industry events

  • Support product and solution development based on market feedback and customer needs
About You

You will excel in this role if you are:

  • A confident commercial operator with experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial management

  • Skilled at motivating and developing teams

  • Comfortable being hands ‑ on with clients and prospects

  • Analytical, organised, and driven by results

  • Able to balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution

  • Experienced in B2B environments (parking, facilities, property, or service sectors beneficial but not essential)

  • 5\+ years experience managing teams
