Commercial Manager (Marketing & Growth)
Job Summary

As we enter a new phase of commercial expansion, we are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and results\-driven Commercial Manager to optimize our market presence, protect our margins, and drive business growth initiatives.
The role :
Operating at a senior corporate level, you will be responsible for the strategic intersection of marketing operations and commercial performance. You will track revenue targets, oversee product positioning, lead multi\-channel marketing campaigns, and analyze customer trends to ensure our goods and services remain highly profitable and competitive in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the commercial roadmap, set realistic sales targets, and determine the optimal range of goods/services to market
Market \& Trend Analysis:
Conduct deep\-dive market research, gather client feedback, and analyze consumer demographics to continuously refine our pricing frameworks and product packaging
Performance Tracking:
Closely monitor monthly sales revenue, interpret complex financial data, evaluate profit margins, and prepare performance reports for senior directors
Campaign \& Agency Management:
Lead the development of comprehensive marketing proposals, oversee advertising budgets, and manage external creative agencies or design providers
Compliance \& Governance:
Ensure all promotional materials, data handling, and public\-facing advertising strategies strictly comply with UK consumer protection and data privacy legislation
Experience
- Proven experience in a commercial management role within marketing or business development, demonstrating a track record of successful growth initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of CRM software platforms, particularly Salesforce, with hands\-on experience in managing customer data and automation processes.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and campaign management best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross\-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation purposes.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights that influence strategic planning.
- Prior experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Pay: £33,000\.00\-£54,000\.00 per year
