Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), annual servicing, and reactive repairs on commercial heating systems and plant rooms.

  • Diagnose faults, troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and perform component replacements.

  • Maintain safety standards and issue accurate commercial compliance documentation (CP17).

  • Work collaboratively to ensure heating systems in local schools and public buildings remain safe and efficient.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Qualifications: Valid COCN1 Commercial Gas Safety or CODNCCO1 changeover qualification (Required).

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Gas Heating Engineer.

  • Skills: Strong pipe\-fitting and plumbing background, with solid mechanical fault\-finding knowledge.

  • Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Required).
*Desirable (But Not Essential) Extras:*
  • Commercial Catering qualifications (CODC1 / CCCN1\) are a major advantage.

  • Basic electrical fault\-finding capabilities (18th Edition is a plus).

  • Experience with pipe welding/commercial installations.
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
  • Burntwood, WS7 3GJ: Reliably commute to the office/base to collect documentation/parts before starting work daily (Required).
Pay: £43,000\.00\-£47,000\.00 per year
