Commercial Due Diligence Consultant (Contract)

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Due Diligence Consultant to support a live investment assessment of a data centre asset in Spain.

This is an immediate\-start, contract\-based engagement for an experienced independent consultant, working remotely alongside our Transaction Advisory team.

Location: Remote (with occasional virtual team meetings)

Start: Immediate

Duration: Short\-term engagement (duration subject to project requirements)

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse virtual data room materials.


• Conduct secondary research on the data centre market, customers and competitors.


• Support primary research, including expert interviews where appropriate.


• Develop clear, commercially focused insights and contribute to client\-ready investment materials.

• 3\+ years' experience in Commercial Due Diligence, Strategy Consulting, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity or M\&A.


• Excellent analytical, research and problem\-solving skills.


• Experience synthesizing complex information into concise, commercially focused recommendations.


• Experience in digital infrastructure, telecommunications or data centres would be advantageous, but is not essential.


• Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
