Versorium Healthcare – Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex
Part\-Time (Initially approx. 8–16 hrs/week)
£22–£36/hour depending on experience

Versorium Healthcare is an independent clinician\-led healthcare organisation based in Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex, providing specialist consultant\-led services across Sussex and Surrey.

As the organisation continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Commercial \& Contracts Manager to support the operational and commercial development of the business.

This is a flexible part\-time role suited to someone who enjoys helping develop systems and structure within an expanding independent healthcare organisation and who is comfortable working autonomously within a professional but non\-corporate environment.

The role will involve a mixture of:

• Liaising with commercial partners, commissioners and external organisations regarding service opportunities and contracts


• Supporting NHS and private sector contract development and coordination


• Assisting with consultant onboarding and practising privilege agreements


• Drafting and coordinating contracts and commercial documentation


• Supporting operational systems and workflows


• Assisting with HR administration and recruitment coordination


• Supporting compliance, policy and governance documentation


• Assisting with ongoing business development and expansion projects


• General operational and commercial support to the management team

The ideal candidate will:

• Be highly organised and detail\-oriented


• Be confident managing multiple ongoing projects


• Have strong written and verbal communication skills


• Be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks


• Have experience within healthcare operations, contracts, commercial administration, practice management or similar environments


• Be pragmatic, professional and solutions\-focused

The following experience would be advantageous:

• Understanding of NHS funding streams and commissioning structures, including ICBs


• Experience working with NHS contracts, commissioning processes or independent healthcare providers


• Familiarity with private healthcare operational structures and insurer relationships

Hours can be arranged flexibly by agreement and may expand over time depending on the needs of the organisation and the successful candidate’s interests and experience.
