Aesthetic Practitioner

Versorium Healthcare is a CQC\-registered private healthcare clinic in Hurstpierpoint, working alongside senior consultants in Neurosurgery, Neurology, Neurophysiology, and Cardiac Surgery.

We are expanding our medical aesthetics services and are looking for an enthusiastic Aesthetic Practitioner (preferably with a medical or nursing background) to join us on a profit\-share basis. The practitioner should preferably already have an established practice.

You’ll benefit from a trusted medical environment, administrative support, and the credibility that comes from working within a high\-calibre healthcare team.

The role

We’re seeking a professional and engaging practitioner to deliver aesthetic treatments and help grow our aesthetics service.
You’ll bring your clinical skills and patient care expertise, while we provide the space, admin, compliance, and bookkeeping support.

You’ll be paid monthly based on the agreed profit split.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective aesthetic treatments (e.g. injectables, skin rejuvenation, etc.)


• Build strong patient relationships and provide a high\-quality client experience


• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with clinic policies


• Collaborate with our admin and management teams


• Contribute to service development and marketing initiatives


• Option to help introduce new treatments \- we plan to add Morpheus8/ laser treatments.

About you

Essential:

• Qualified Aesthetic Practitioner with appropriate training (medical or nursing background preferred)


• Proven experience delivering aesthetic treatments independently


• Professional, reliable, and patient\-focused


• Excellent communicator and team player


• Self\-motivated and business\-minded

Desirable:

• Experience in private healthcare or medical aesthetics


• Familiarity with social media or marketing for aesthetics


• Interest in developing advanced procedures
