We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Commercial Analyst to support and elevate our Warehouse \& Transport commercial activities. Through tender coordination, data\-led insights, and customer analysis, you’ll play a key role in delivering high\-quality, commercially viable solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to build a career in the supply chain and logistics industry, take on increasing responsibility, and make a meaningful impact within a high\-performing and growing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and submission of tender documents and RFQs, ensuring all deadlines are met

  • Produce high\-quality written responses to tender submissions

  • Maintain and update client and prospect records within CRM systems (including active, won, and lost opportunities)

  • Complete RFQ/Tender opportunity summaries and support the triage process with key stakeholders

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to CRM systems for weekly pipeline reporting

  • Liaise with customers via phone and email to gather required information for quotations and tender responses

  • Prepare presentations and commercial materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio

  • Manage and maintain Commercial SharePoint folders and document structures

  • Ensure tender templates are up to date, accurate, and consistently maintained

  • Support lead generation activities and provide market insights and updates

  • Develop knowledge across all W\&T services and wider group business offerings

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and overseas partners

  • Uphold a professional company image with all clients and stakeholders

  • Complete training as required and support wider team activities as needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting tender proposals and responses

  • Background within warehousing, transport, or logistics (minimum 1 year preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to understand RFQ and quotation requirements to support proposal development

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Customer\-focused with strong problem\-solving ability

  • Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels

  • High level of computer literacy and telephone skills

  • Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a commercial environment

  • Team player with a professional, courteous approach at all times
