Responsibilities:

As a co\-deputy/clinical lead you will be supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality clinical care.

You will be part of the services nurse expert team and your role will be a combination of utilising your nursing skills as well as your managerial and leadership skills.

You will focus on service users with complex needs, so it’s vital that you can conform with the latest guidelines, take far\-reaching decisions and maintain the highest levels of clinical governance, whilst regularly auditing practices and procedures, Care plan development and assessments, Walk rounds, Look after all our residents alongside the team and offer personalised centred care.

We aim to be innovative in everything we do and are always looking for new ideas to bring into the home. Our home provides long term neurological care and rehabilitation services up to 18 months

Our friendly, dedicated team makes sure that each service users feels settled and that their loved ones feel welcome at all times. We support everyone to carry on doing the things that are important to them with MDT approach so that they can stay as active and independent as possible.

We offer service users choice and always encourage involvement in decisions about their care and all of our activities are based around service users own interests and abilities.

As an NMC Registered Nurse you will be well versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools.

Impression purchased St Cyrils in January 2020 and as we specialise in Neurological Care with the aim of turning the service around and get it back to where it deserved to be.

St Cyrils is a beautiful service tucked away at the rear of the Countess of Chester Health Park, The service is on the border of a the country park which is lovely for our clients and their families to access.

We have a fully refurbished hydrotherapy pool on site which is amazing for our service users to have access to during their rehabilitation.

At St Cyril’s we are recruiting individuals who are committed to delivering effective services, solutions and bespoke packages working collaboratively with our MDT (Neuro Rehab Consultants, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists) to meet the needs of our patients and aim to re\-able them towards their individual goal of optimum independence.

We are looking to recruit new staff to join our already brilliant team as we continue to grow.

24 bed service.

Salary: £48k \-50k depending on competencies, experience and ability and completion of probationary period ( 4 months)
