About the Role
Are you a caring, empathetic Physiotherapist looking for a supportive environment where you can truly make a difference?
We are Chester Osteo \& Physio, a growing, forward\-thinking multi\-disciplinary clinic based at Red Hill House in Chester. Although we are only a year old, our reputation for ethical, effective care is expanding quickly. We are looking for a like\-minded MSK Physio to join our close\-knit team for 2–3 days a week.
This position starts on a self\-employed basis, but we are looking for a long\-term fit. For the right candidate who gels with our team, there is the opportunity to transition into a fully employed, salaried role after 6 months, with the potential to develop into a full\-time position.
Our Approach
- What we do: We pride ourselves on offering a no\-nonsense, evidence\-based approach to patient care. Our goal is to help people get back to what they love doing with a blend of manual work, exercise rehab and a biopsychosocial approach.
- What we don't do: We don't believe in nocebic language or patient\-dependent treatments that keep people coming back unnecessarily. We empower our patients to move confidently. If you think the pelvis can slip out of place or glutes can 'switch off' we are not the clinic for you!!
We want to create a true "family feel" in our clinic, where coming to work never feels like a chore. You will be working in a warm, and welcoming environment equipped with everything you need to deliver rehab:
- A Reformer pilates machine
- Rehab equipment including free weights (up to 25kg), resistance bands, sliders and exercise balls etc
- Convenient business centre location with free parking for you and your patients
- *Exciting future plans to develop a dedicated gym space as the clinic grows!*
- Working autonomously to manage your own varied MSK caseload.
- Providing thorough assessments and combining manual therapy with exercise prescriptions.
- While you will have autonomy, you will not be isolated. We provide dedicated supervision and shadowing opportunities with our highly experienced clinical directors to help you refine your skills. On our our directors works in primary care locally and has spinal specialist NHS experience.
- Engaging in continuous learning: we are a team that always wants to improve our professional knowledge, and we offer paid CPD opportunities for the right candidate as the role develops. We are eager to bring in external speakers once the team is big enough so we can all continue to develop together.
- A qualified Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC. Whether you are a passionate New Graduate looking for a supportive stepping stone, or someone with NHS experience looking to transition into a thriving private practice.
- A caring, empathetic communicator who is naturally easy to get on with.

- Must have excellent english both written and verbal.

Pay: £25\.00\-£45\.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10\.0 – 30\.0 per week
