Client Success Manager

The role

You own Instagram growth for a portfolio of 4–5 creators. Your job isn't likes. It's turning Instagram attention into paying customers and revenue, tracked per creator.

What you'll do

• Own the content strategy and posting schedule for each creator: reels, trial reels, carousels and stories


• Hit daily posting targets without dropping quality


• Write hooks, captions and CTAs that move people from Instagram to the creator's link in bio


• Brief creators on what to film, give direct feedback, and keep them producing


• Review Insights weekly (shares, saves, non\-follower reach, watch time)


• Grow brand\-new accounts from zero as well as scale existing client\-owned accounts


• Protect account health: spot reach drops and restrictions early and follow our account SOPs


• Work with Account Managers and the wider team


• Report weekly on conversions and revenue per creator against target

• Conversion and revenue targets per client


• Posting consistency and daily task completion


• Account health across your portfolio

• Current understanding of how Reels distribution works, including trial reels and non\-follower reach


• Strong short\-form copywriting


• The organisation to run 4–5 accounts at once without things slipping


• Fluent English and a professional, discreet approach

• Experience at a creator or talent management agency


• Experience managing multiple accounts at scale


• Basic video editing (CapCut or similar)


• Experience with funnels and link tracking

• Weekly performance bonus tied to \[conversion/revenue targets or traffic you drive]
