Client Services Team Member/ Front of House
We are seeking a professional and organised Client Services Team Member at our Swadlincote office to be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to ensure every interaction with the firm is handled with care, efficiency and professionalism.
This is a varied role within a busy and client\-focused environment, offering the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients while supporting the wider firm with a range of administrative and client care responsibilities.
Your role
As part of our Client Services Team, you will be the first point of contact for existing and potential clients, providing a professional, friendly and efficient service across telephone, email, webchat and in person.
- Managing incoming enquiries and directing clients to the appropriate team
- Managing a busy switchboard across four offices
- Responding to telephone, email and webchat enquiries, ensuring actions and follow\-ups are accurately recorded
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the office and managing meeting room bookings
- Maintaining accurate client records, databases and CRM systems
- Proactively contacting clients to gather feedback and monitor client satisfaction
- Managing office administration including post, stationery, petty cash and banking
- Processing client payments and handling identification checks where required
- Providing general administrative and client care support to the wider firm

- Have previous experience in a client\-facing, customer service or administrative role
- Have switchboard experience
- Be confident and professional when communicating with clients by telephone, email and in person
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Be comfortable working with databases, CRM systems and spreadsheets
- Be able to manage multiple enquiries and tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Understand the importance of confidentiality and professional client care
- Be approachable, helpful and confident when dealing with people at all levels
- Be a strong team player who is willing to support colleagues across the firm
