We are currently seeking a Client Service Delivery Senior to join our expanding Fund Administration team in Luxembourg. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package, along with the chance to take on increased ownership, client exposure, and team oversight.
Your Role
In this role, you will combine technical expertise, client relationship management, and team leadership, ensuring high\-quality service delivery across a diverse portfolio of fund clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the review and oversight of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations for a range of open\-ended fund structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and client requirements
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, taking full ownership of service delivery and building strong, trusted relationships
- Managing and coordinating the production of accounting deliverables for SIFs, SICARs, UCITS and RAIFs under LUX GAAP
- Providing guidance and technical support to team members, including reviewing work and supporting their development
- Ensuring timely resolution of client queries by proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions
- Overseeing additional operational processes such as invoicing, payments, and controls
- Contributing to and reviewing KPIs, internal reporting, and client reporting deliverables
- Supporting process improvements and driving efficiencies within the team
Your Profile
- Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in Fund Administration in Luxembourg (PFS, accounting firms, or Big 4 environments preferred)
- Proven experience in client relationship management and service delivery oversight
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and supervise junior team members
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures and regulatory environment
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to perform in a deadline\-driven environment
- Strong analytical mindset with clear and confident communication skills
- Experience with Paxus and/or Xentis is considered an advantage
- Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus
