Client Director

Not every senior broking role needs to be about how much new business you can personally write.
This one is different.

I'm working with an established corporate insurance business looking to appoint a senior Client Director to become a key figure within its South East Corporate team.

They're looking for someone with real corporate broking experience, technical credibility and the gravitas to work alongside experienced Account Executives on some of their largest and most complex clients.

The role

You'll work across the wider Corporate team, providing senior-level client, technical and commercial support.
That will include:

• Working with Account Executives on large and complex corporate programmes


• Acting as a senior technical referral point when cases become particularly challenging


• Joining key client meetings and helping shape renewal and placement strategy


• Supporting with insurer negotiations and complex or distressed cases


• Mentoring and supporting Account Executives across the team


• Managing an existing book with realistic growth targers

• You'll already have significant experience within the corporate insurance market and be comfortable dealing with complex, multi-class risks and senior client stakeholders.


• You could currently be a Client Director, Corporate Account Director, Senior Account Executive or senior corporate broker looking for a role where your experience can have a wider impact.


• This isn't about inheriting a huge personal sales target.


• It's an opportunity to become a senior figure within an established Corporate team, using your technical knowledge, client skills and experience to support both clients and colleagues.
