Client Care Team Members

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced, service driven individuals to join our busy small animal reception team. These roles would suit someone who works well under pressure, can multi\-task, has an excellent phone manner and loves going above and beyond when it comes to client service and animal care.
We have positions available that will cover days in the week and of a weekend, some of the shifts will be at our Wells branch
We are inviting applicants who either have previous veterinary experience or relevant customer care experience.
Hours of Work:
- The positions will be 30hrs each per week – availability is required for start and end of the day shifts (8am/7pm)
Saturday only shift will be extra hours on a 1 in 5 rota
Candidates will require availability for both weekend shifts on a rota basis
Main Duties:
- Welcome small animal clients and pets into the surgery
- Process payments/invoices after consultation
- Hand over tablets/medication
- Telephone answering as part of our telephony team
- Book appointments for surgery
- Provide administrative support to the small animal department
- To update and maintain computerised client records
- To maintain waiting room cleanliness and appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team\-working skills
- Attention to detail essential within this role
- Positive attitude
Pay: £12\.71 per hour
