Job Description:
Our client is a Hertfordshire based boutique financial planning and wealth management firm that provides tailored investment, retirement, tax, and estate planning solutions. They are looking for a proactive and organised Client Administrator to support our Financial Advisers in delivering an efficient, personal, and seamless client experience.
Duties:
- Prepare documentation and meeting packs for client meetings.
- Process new business, client onboarding and ongoing administration.
- Liaise with product providers regarding investments, pensions and protection policies.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
- Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and St. James's Place standards.
- Support Consumer Duty requirements and attend relevant compliance training.
- Prepare Annual Review and Fund Switch reports.
- Assist with new investment and pension cases, including regular contributions and lump sum investments.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills with confidence making outbound calls.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Nest Pension after having passed 6 months’ probation
