Client Account Manager

We are now looking for an Account Manager to join our on\-site team with one of our key retail clients. If you enjoy working closely with clients, managing fast\-paced campaigns, and seeing projects through from brief to delivery, this could be a great fit.
The Role
You will be embedded within our client’s team, acting as a key link between them and our production teams. This is a hands\-on, client\-facing role where you will manage campaigns end\-to\-end, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing client relationships and day\-to\-day communications
- Understanding client briefs and translating them into production\-ready work
- Managing proofs, quotes, and timelines across multiple campaigns
- Coordinating with internal teams, production, and external suppliers
- Ensuring all project details are accurate, clear, and delivered on time
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Advising on print specifications and best production methods
- Previous experience in an Account Manager role, within print, production, or retail (POS)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs at once
- High attention to detail, even under pressure and tight deadlines
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients and teams
- Ability to stay focused in a busy, fast\-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Pay: Up to £35,000\.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nottingham NG11 6NZ
