We are in the process of opening a brand\-new children’s home in West Bromwich and we are searching for dedicated, compassionate individuals to join us at the very beginning of this exciting journey. You will be led and supported by an experienced leadership team with over 30 years combined experience with working with children.

We are looking for Residential Support Workers and Waking Night Support Workers.

The role

As a Support Worker, you will:

· Build meaningful and trusting relationships with the children.

· Provide safe, nurturing and consistent care.

· Support children to develop independence, confidence and life skills.

· Use trauma\-informed and PACE\-based approaches in your daily practice.

· Contribute to a reflective team culture where learning is shared and valued.

About you

· Compassionate, patient and resilient.

· Have experience (or a strong interest) in supporting children with Learning Disabilities.

· Understand or are willing to learn about trauma\-informed care and PACE.

· Can stay calm, curious, and empathetic during challenging situations.

· Committed to helping children achieve positive outcomes.

· Have a Level 3 Residential Childcare Qualification or are willing to complete the qualification within regulatory timeframes.
