We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Children’s Complex Care Assistants!

At YorHealth, we provide a nurse\-led complex care service for children and adults in the community, which includes 24\-hour care. Our complex care assistants accompany clients to nursery, school, and hospital when required. Our clients have a range of complex health needs, and we prioritise them in all decision\-making processes. We are dedicated to delivering high\-quality, person\-centred care.

We are seeking someone who is:

• Warm, friendly, and passionate about the wellbeing of young people, with a caring and patient disposition.


• Experienced supporting children with epilepsy is preferrable


• Holding an NVQ Level 2 or higher in a relevant field is desirable.


• Willing to travel as required (advantageous).

• Hours available are day shifts to attend school 08\.00\-16\.00 and 16\.00\-20\.00 Monday to Friday


• Stakeholder pension.

• Bespoke in\-house training.

Job Types: Bank

Experience:

• Paediatric care: 1 year (preferred)


• Complex care: 1 year (preferred)

• Driving Licence (essential)
